To make an office appointment with either Dr. Charles Lackey or Dr. Robert Holbrook, simply select "Office Appointment" for "Appointment Type". For Screening Colonoscopies, select "Screening Colonoscopy" for "Appointment Type" instead. Someone will telephone you to schedule your appointment.
