Physicians and Staff

Hal Bays is an Advance Practice Registered Nurse - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. He graduated from Oklahoma University College of Nursing in 1992, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Hal later attended Wesleyan University. He graduated with a Master's in Nurse Anesthesia in 1997.

Jessie is a CRNA who received her Associates Degree in nursing from OSU-OKC in 2015, and obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from SWOSU in 2016. Jessie worked at OU and Integris Baptist as a trauma & cardiac ICU nurse. She later attended Newman University in Wichita, KS for her Masters of Nurse Anesthesia graduating in 2020. Jessie lives in Norman with her Husband, Colt. They have three dogs Sigg, Yeti, and Bam and cat Dixie. She enjoys cooking, outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, hiking, going to the lake and traveling.

Chris Parks, APRN-CRNA is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. He obtained Bachelor of Science nursing degree in 1976 at the University of Central Oklahoma. Shortly after Chris obtained his BSN he became a Registered Nurse. Later, Chris attended St. Francis School of Anesthesia for Nurses in Wichita, Kansas and graduated in 1980. He obtained his first Advanced Practice Nursing License - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in 1992.
